I upgraded to SU2019 from 2018 version. Upon downloading and adding condos to new SU2019 Pro, I am unable to active the license. The box reads, “license already activated.” However, under my profile the license status is 0/2. Help please.
I had the same issue last week with my laptop. Just go into your ConDocs profile to the spot where you mange licenses and deactivate you 2018 instance for that machine and then reactivate it under 2019. You can’t have more than one license of ConDocs installed on any one machine. Kind of disappointing as I’m between SU 18 and 19 still and now I have to move all my current projects to SU 19. Maybe the ConDocs guys will take a look at this and allow us to have multiple licenses on one machine so we can go between the old version and new or even a third for those of us who have on & off site offices with desktops at each and keep a mobile workstation for emergence or presentations
Jorge, try restarting SketchUp, make sure you have a good internet connection prior to starting the activation process. I can easily generate a new license for you that should do the trick as well. You would find this new license number on your ConDoc Profile page (click the “Key” icon). Let me know and I can handle this for you. Thanks!
