Something else to consider is you’ll most likely end with some duplicate items. In your post you gave the example of walls in one design option remaining and in another being demolished. In this case in one option the wall would most likely be tagged Level_01 / ELEMENT_Walls / LOCATION_Interior / Condition_Existing and in the second option Level_01 / ELEMENT_Walls / LOCATION_Interior / Condition_Demolish. This wall would have to be duplicated in your model
