I’m using Mac Studio Ultra with MOS14 and SU 2024. I keep running into an issue of ghosts images from another level showing up on another floor plan level. For instance, the image I’m including is a main floor plan with a ghost image of the upper level wall hatch showing. I’ve double-checked to make sure that hatch wasn’t turned on, which it wasn’t. It doesn’t show up on the PDF export but it gets in the way of working on the floor plan. How can I solve this?

Hello Jim,
I believe you are describing an issue we traced back to SketchUp/LayOut showing ghosted artifacts of hidden geometry. In my experience, turning on auto-render seemed to get rid of them rather than “rendering models on page”. Give me a shout if that doesn’t work. 720.443.3242.

Thanks Mike, I’ll give it a try. I tried manually nesting the plans, which also work other than the time it took. What is the correct order for the nesting, is it the drawing images on top of the hatch images?

I tried auto render but it didn’t work, I still have the ghost images. I’ve tried to include a screenshot of what I’m experiencing but when I add to the message nothing is really visible. Can I get to you some other way?
