How to represent a Split level Renovation in Condoc

Hi,

I am getting ready to plan a split-level renovation for a client and need to know the best way to set up the levels in condoc,   would it be 2 levels with a basement and would it work if the 3 levels would only be 5′ apart?

That certainly sounds like a good option to try.
