I just started with my paid subscription to ConDoc on Sunday 10/6/19. The license, however, is showing it expired one day later 10/7/19. I’m in the middle of several projects. . . .

Hello David!  We are in a transition right now away from our old licensing system.  You might see the old license as expired, but your new subscription should be active.  Are you still activated and using the ConDoc tools?

I’m also having issues getting my license reactivated. I originally had ConDoc 4.5 which i used for a while back in April before pausing the project. Just went to restart in october and downloaded 4.7 ConDoc. I can’t get it to generate a new license? When i click on Manage Activatiions in my profile it doesnt show the laptop i’m using and there’s nothing to enter or input – just to close that window. Please help?

Hello Mark!  No need to generate a license… You need to install ConDoc 4.7, then use your http://www.condoctools.com credentials to activate ConDoc inside of SketchUp.  Once you log in on a computer, you will see that computers name as one of your activations in the window you referenced.

Check out the manual for detailed instructions.  Let me know if that doesn’t solve it.
