Plan Generator error

Hi,

i am having issue with the plan generator. When i placed the wardrobe and tried to generate the plan at the 0m, 0.9m and 1.2m, the section plans are far away from the planned location. The model also moved.

 

Any solutions.?

Hello Sekar!  Plan generator would not have moved any geometry, not possible.  Before running the plan generator, right click on the axes, choose reset.  The origin in SketchUp is 0, everything counts up or down from here.  So adjust your floor heights based on their distance from the origin.  Let me know if that helps!

Please refer the attached image for the levels in the wardrobe height of 2040 mm.

The level 2 is of 0.8m (800m), but the section plane, which is placed high above that level.

Hope you understand the difficulty.

Hello Sekar!  Section planes are typically placed 4′ above the entered finished floor heights…  You can change this (carefully) in the ConDoc Configurator.  Make sure to watch all of the tutorials before poking around in there…
