How can I increase the size of items inside a scrapbook for easier recognition and selection? Like electrical plan symbol sizes?

You just need to make the inspector dialog larger. Stretch the width of the overall tray and also stretch the inspector dialog down and the scrapbooks will increase. If you are using your own scrapbooks, try setting them to 5″ x 5″, I find this to be the best size for scrapbook pages.
