Which version of SketchUp are you using? Are you Mac or PC? ConDoc 4.5 is compatible with SU 2017 and newer.. anything older than SU 2017 is unfortunately unsupported.
You can also try disabling “Advanced Camera Tools” and “Skalp” if you have that plugin. Any plugin that interferes with SketchUp’s camera and scene creation functionality will usually also disrupt ConDoc.
