I am pretty new to Condoc but I successfully used it to build a full house model and it was super helpful. I am trying to retroactively use Condoc on an existing model. As soon as I turned on the extension everything in my model has dashed lines around it? Not sure how to turn this off but they show up in scenes and when exported into layout.

    thanks for any ideas!

Good morning Ben!  The ConDoc System will set Layer 0/Untagged Dashes to Dashed.  All ConDoc Styles disable dashes to make the lines solid again.  This was implemented to make use of the vector dashes, since the last tag in the nested order controls which dashes are visible.  I have tinkered with some more clever uses of SketchUp’s dashes, but ultimately I really only need classic hidden line dashes, the dashed lines plugin handles all the corner cases, and any other type of dashes would be more diagrammatic and better controlled in LayOut.  Let me know if you agree.

So for your model, you could disable dashes in your styles and update the styles.  Or, you could trash all the scenes and styles, then hit the Reset button and start ConDoc’ing it.  The most simple option, set the Untagged tag Dashes to a solid line.  ConDoc will only hijack the Dashes if it is set to Default.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks so much for the quick reply! in this case it think it made the most sense to just turn off the dashers in the styles and I updated scenes. Thanks so much
