ConDoc System Tools Not Working

I am running SU 2025 and Condoc version 5.3. None of the tools will open and just time out. I have tried re-installing Condoc. When I try and check the activation I get this screen that just says validating license. SU 2025, Medeek tools work fine. Anyone have any suggestions?
