You are correct in both of your questions.
- Using 3 separate organization guides for each level would be optimal. One thing you can do is copy the main component upward at the height of each floor (you can also scale it down as needed), and paste it into each level layer (running Plan Generator first will create your level layers).
- You can definitely delete the layers you don’t need for simplicity, when you run the drawings export, it will skip over the layers that are not used or deleted.
