Per your questions, the first item appears to be an internet connection issue. Double-check that you have a secure WiFi connection or Ethernet when you activate your license the first time in SketchUp. The freezing is occurring as SketchUp is attempting to reach our website to verify your customer information is correct; simply an internet issue.
Secondly, the ‘ConDoc Export’ message is just a helpful reminder. You can chose the option to not show this message again. It won’t cause any issues if you don’t have LayOut open when you export your drawings. Just be sure if you do have LayOut open and you attempt to export your drawings that you have a different scrapbook selected and that you save your SketchUp model prior to running the CD Export.
