I just took a look, and I think there might be a bug with DRAFT mode. Truth is we are about a “dot release” away from eliminating DRAFT mode and cleaning up the ConDoc System dialog. I completely stopped using DRAFT mode after the scaled drawing feature was added to LayOut. It’s a much better solution, especially with ConDoc 2d scrapbook. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused!
