Sorry to hear you are having issues with the latest release! There is an issue with the way the new tagging system works that I would discourage purging tags/layers. We are working on a fix and will have that out soon… For now just purge components, styles, and materials through their respective dialogs.
Can you share the model and layout file? Have you watched the ConDoc Quickstart tutorials? Is everything tagged with the new system? Are you using the ARCHITECT drawing set?
