Keep in mind that you can retag the FlexTools objects with ConDoc tags. They will still work the same.
There might be a way to “select all with same tag” through groups, maybe selection toys extension? Then hit them all with the corresponding ConDoc tag and move to layer0/untagged.
I don’t think this is a problem that we can solve on our end. Let me know if that helps!
