Sorry to hear you are hitting some bumps in the road over there! I have not had any issues with ConDoc crashing SketchUp 2025, not to say that it isn’t possible! Usually it’s the “weight” of the file stressing hardware that causes issues. In the meantime, if the legacy export is working. Please know that it sends the drawings to the same year of LayOut. So if you are using SketchUp 2025, please confirm that you are looking in LayOut 2025 for the ConDoc Drawings scrapbook.
