I will take a look at the file now…  just to be sure.  On a fresh install of SketchUp/LayOut 2025, there is no ConDoc Drawings scrapbook.  So the very first time you run it, you will need to close LayOut, then open in order to see it.  Can you try closing LayOut 2025, then reopen and see if it’s there…
