ParticipantI guess I’ve been using ConDoc too long. From what I remember, there was a way to update after installing the RBZ to get the latest ConDoc files such as Architect and perhaps Landscape. I’ve done the update with no change to layers, I still have Earth for instance. I searched for the files and found nothing. What am I missing, does it have to do with using a Mac vs PC or what?
I need to get resolved so start a new project with the latest and greatest.

Mike BrightmanKeymasterHello Jim! Sorry for the hassle. Something changed with Mac’s remembering where the drawing sets are stored. You can navigate there manually, although that is really tough! An easier solution is to click the Extensions dropdown > ConDoc Tools > Help > Plugins Folder. Then double click into the ConDoc Tools folder and copy the drawing sets to your desktop, or a known location. Then load from there. We should have this fixed on the next dot release. Holler if you need a hand!

ParticipantThanks Mike, that tip worked. As a note, I didn’t see anything in the install instructions about going to the folder to complete the install. Perhaps I missed it.

ParticipantThanks Mike!
Another Mac guy here. Had the same problem. But this tip looks to have fixed it. Maybe give Mac folks a heads up on the install. I am very excited to try the new update!

Mike BrightmanKeymasterHi everyone,
First, thank you all for your patience. I know this Mac issue has been frustrating, and I really appreciate you sticking with it and working through the earlier patches with me.
I have a new build ready that should resolve the issue. This is version 5.4.1. Since I do not have a Mac on my end, I could really use your help testing it in a real workflow.
If you are up for it, you can install the new version here:
https://workdrive.zohoexternal.com/external/136c0ab587935c6275f44426a595082236956223a7fad6ee286cbc81dc33148c/downloadOnce installed, the main thing I would love you to test is this:
When you click the folder icon in the ConDoc system to load a new drawing set, does it correctly path to your Plugins folder?
That is the key fix I am trying to confirm.
If you have a few minutes to run through your normal workflow and let me know how it behaves, that would be a huge help. Even a quick note is great. Let me know if it is working as expected or if anything still feels off.
If you run into issues and want to walk through it together, you can grab a time on my calendar here:

Thanks again for your time and for helping get this working for Mac users!
Mike
