Adjust configuration fast and reuse section plane

Hello,

I’m trying to figure out the configuration i need for my viewports to have a good rendering in layout but the process is quite tedious.

I have to edit the view ports, save, create a new section plane, adjust section plane, export, set the scale, go back to layout, show the scrapbook and drag and drop the new result

This is a very long process and i’m wordering if there is a more efficient way to do this.

Also this clutter my model as every time it create a new section plane, it is possible to reuse the previous one ?
