I just downloaded and install ConDoc 4.7. Per the instruction I went to Activation but I didn’t find the prompt for email address, etc. I just shows that I have a current license. Do I need to do anything about this?
Would you mind sending a screen shot? This sounds like you may have an old version of ConDoc still installed somewhere. The new prompt screen will look totally different (example below).
You can try uninstalling ConDoc from your extension manager, make sure it’s deleted off your machine plugin folders and try the 4.7 install again. Your current license should be accepted as well, under the “Enter Legacy Key” although we prefer people to try username and password as you should be migrated over to the new system.
