Drawings don’t appear correctly in LayOut

I’m running into an issue while going through the ConDoc Quickstart videos with the ADU example, specifically the second video. The drawings appear fine in LayOut’s Scrapbook inspector, but when I add them to the presentation they look like a sketch with no color. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

This looks like the reference needs updated in LayOut before you drag the ConDoc drawings scrapbook into the presentation. I’m guessing the scenes were created, model was saved, drawings sent to LayOut… but the reference in LayOut doesn’t have the new scenes, so it reverts to “last saved sketchup view”. Let me know if that helps!

I got another tip to try taking off the experimental graphics engine. I did that and it worked so I never got to try your tip. But good info to have. Thanks.

Unfortunately now I’m having some another issues while working on my own model. Basically things just aren’t looking right when I drag them from the scrapbook… a variety of things are happening that don’t seem right and I saw that you might be available for phone support?
