Issue when using Plugins

I have just been trialling CONDOC.  I have built a fairly simply model but when I go to add in window and door components from one of the plugins I use everything disappears out of the model space and I can’t even view any geometry.

What am I doing wrong?? Please Help

Hello Lloyd,

Couple things you can check for. This definitely sounds like a SketchUp issue, not related to ConDoc.

1. Double-check that your layers are turned on
2. Verify that the components you are trying to place are not too complex (heavy in size and geometry count)
3. Check the SketchUp forums, as this may be an issue with the origin point in your model:
