Layout Condoc Scrapbook not updating

I have been having an issue the last two days. When I send my drawings to Layout, the Condoc Scrapbook is not updating. I’m seeing the previous project drawings. I’ve spent two days trying to figure it out on my own and reading previous posts. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am using Windows PC and all my updates are current.

Hello Ann!  Can you confirm that your are using SketchUp 2023 to send your drawings to LayOut, then using LayOut 2023 to check the viewport?  Sometimes with older versions installed it’s easy to open the wrong one and not even know it…  Also, make sure you have the drawing set used to create the scenes loaded when sending to LayOut.  We will get to the bottom of it!

Yes both SketchUp 2023 and Layout 2023.

Just to close the loop on this one for anyone else with this issue, it ended up being a SketchUp/LayOut version mismatch.  Keep in mind that double clicking on a file doesn’t always open the latest version of SketchUp or LayOut.  I’ve gotten into the habit of directly opening the version I want from the windows start menu.  SketchUp 2022 sends drawings to LayOut 2022, and SketchUp 2023 sends drawings to LayOut 2023.  I hope that helps anyone else with the same issue.  Great to meet you Ann!  Glad it was an easy fix on this Friday morning 😉
