I have a simple SketchUp model with a slab and framing on it, just a practise model. The framing is the parametric framing tool on Estimator. When I export the model to layout the studs are overhanging the top plates in layout. When I check the model the top plate and studs are aligned. Note the walls do not have and wall finishes on them.  Not sure why this is happening, is it something to do with the line weights?Frame Model

It is showing correctly on Construction plan 2, What is the difference between plan 1 and 2. I have only generated the construction plan. Also the line weights seem thick, and when you add wall linings the dimensions will not pick up the Drywall/Frame/drywall and have rounded corners. This is a snapshot of construction plan 2 with a wall with and without linings.

Here is a close up of the walls with the lining on. I assume the layers should be set up not to show the linings in the construction plans

Hello Terry!  It looks like your studs are showing with a section cut, and the plates are showing as profiles.  Take a look at the scenes, specifically the style settings and let me know if you can figure it out.  The diagram below might help explain what is going on…

Am I looking at the scenes in layout? If so when the tab is greyed out
