License on a desktop and laptop

I have purchased the Condoc 4 license and the last day of my 7 day trial was yesterday. I successfully loaded Condoc onto my PC laptop, but when I enter the key into my Mac desktop I get an invalid key notification. When I look on the profile page the license key box is empty (-). Is this due to the change over from the trial version to the paid version? I understand from the tutorials that 1 user can have Condoc on a desk top, laptop, plus one other computer, but only use one at a time. Does it need to be deactivated on the computer not in use?
