lost configurator window

I recently tried to use ConDoc on a new laptop. I returned the laptop because it didn’t work for me. After I went back to my previous laptop I noticed the ConDoc window, tags window and configurator all were missing. After some fiddling with the ‘alt’+spacebar and Move I was able to get the ConDoc System window and Tags window to appear. Unfortunately the Configurator window is a different story. Are there any other methods for retrieval? I suspect the Configurator window has gone wayyy off the screen, but not sure. I can’t get it back after trying all kinds of things. I even reinstalled ConDoc. Any help will be appreciated!

Same problem here. How did you find your Tags and System Tool?

I changed the resolution from the display settings so that I could see a bigger area and what had gone ‘off screen’. Then I did the ‘alt’+spacebar, move, click arrow key once and moved the mouse. Suddenly the system window appeared in a corner. I tried the same for the tags window and it took several attempts and then it suddenly appeared.

 

I still can’t get the configurator window to show up.
