Model multiple options for renovation

I wondering if there is a way to present multiple options for a renovation using the Condoc system. I have existing conditions modeled with drawings exported to layouts. I am considering 3 or 4 different stair options to an attic loft.

The only way I can think to do it is create multiple copies of the .skp file and build out the different options in separate models. If there is a way to do this in one model, please help!
