Newbie question about ConDoc tags and visibility

Once I’ve gone through and tagged everything with the ConDoc tags, shouldn’t everything turn off when I click the ConDOc tools tag? I think I’ve re-tagged everything correctly, but when I click on specific items they appear as Untagged in the Entity Info box.  I’m starting from a rough place, in that I did a Canvas scan and then designed most of the project (mudroom addition to new 2-story garage and ADU), so it wasn’t the tightest model to begin with. I’m about to start generating my scenes, and figured I’d better ask before I get any further.

And a follow-up. I generated my scenes, but when I click on each Scene tab I can see a flash of what should be there, but then it disappears.  I’m assuming this has to do with Project Setup being wrong related to floor heights, and so the camera height is wrong?

95% of the issues I hear about are related to tagging.  My guess is that you still have the Canvas SketchUp tags in there applied to geometry within the entity info dialog.  It’s usually best to trash all those Canvas tags and just use the ConDoc tags… Although it is possible to use both together!  But its a little more advanced.  I’m sure I could talk you through it on a short call.
