    Hello Condoc Team, hello Mike,

I have problems displaying the cutting planes when I select a basement in the project setup. The cutting planes shown do not match the selected Finished Floor Heights in the project setup. The cutting planes are then all too high, above 0.00. For example at +1.257m (Level 0), 3.617m (Level 1) and not for example as selected at 1.5 m above -2.36 (Level 0), 1.5 m above 0.00 (Level 1) , and so forth. This causes the scenes to be displayed at the wrong heights. What do i have to do ? Where is the error? I ask for help as soon as possible. Thank you very much and best regards !

Nicole ….. I’d be more than happy to help but I’m not sure I’m correctly understanding your issue. Would you mind sharing your model? [email protected] is my email.

    Hello Nicole!

Once the plan generator runs, you can manually move the section planes.  Select the plan scene, turn on section planes from the view dropdown, then move the orange one where you want it.

Or, you could trash all of the plan generator scenes and section planes.  I’m guessing that you were measuring floor heights from the “sketching context” vs the actual origin of the model.  Right click on any axis and choose “reset”.  If it’s grayed out you know the axes are representing the origin.  Measure your floor heights from the origin point and see if that produces better results.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hello Mike !

Your advice is great. My model was not aligned with the zero point.

I moved the whole model, now it works.

Thank you very much and best regards,

    Nicole
