About once every three or four days, Condoc System requires me to reenter my password, etc. to access the program. Is anyone else having this problem? I have tried the online sales chat but there doesn’t seem to be anyone home.
Sorry for the hassle! Please know that we don’t provide support through the chat panel, you posted your question in the right spot! I have heard from a small number of users having this issue. Try deactivating all of your machines from your profile page, then activate one machine and see what happens… Does the issue persist?
