Split Level On Down Slope Lot

I’m starting on a new project that will be a single level with a partial basement on a down slope lot. Part of my building is built on grade and a vast majority is on stilts over the down slope portion of the lot. Not sure where I should be drawing the site for this as it will be in Level_01 at the entry of the residence and Level_00 as we work to the back of the house. I’m dealing with a 40′ elevation change from top to bottom on the site. The main residence is a single level plan on Level_01 and the partial basement is in Level_00. Any insight would be appreciated
