As mentioned in the topic, I have Condoc 3 and 4 installed on my machine and I’d like to get rid of the old one. However, in Sketchup Plugins folder there’s only one Condoc Folder and I really have no idea which contents of that folder I should delete. Could you provide me with a solution, please?

Fortunately, the newest version of ConDoc 4.5 will automatically overwrite older versions of ConDoc. All you would need to do is go to your Extension Manager and install the “ConDoc Tools – 4.5.rbz”, then restart SketchUp.
If you wanted to manually delete the ConDoc Folder prior to doing this, it’s totally optional but will not harm anythin. I would delete the whole “ConDoc” folder from your plugins and then follow the above steps (re-install ConDoc 4.5 in SketchUp). This would 100% purge all older versions of ConDoc and drop in the latest folders. All of our reference components, and models are now hosted on the 3D Warehouse; to access these you would just do a general search for “ConDoc 4” in the 3D Warehouse.
Hope that helps,

When you install ConDoc 4, all necessary resource folders are added in your program files, and other hosted on the 3DWH as Luke mentioned. Good advice on the delete folder Luke! This will guarantee a perfect install!

Is it possible you have more versions of SketchUp on your machine? Make sure you do the Window>Extension Manager and ‘Uninstall’ ConDoc. Deleting the folder would work as a secondary step to make sure all instances are removed.
Make sure there’s not another folder in your TEMP or DropBox where you’re pointed to gather ConDoc Resources (as we did in ConDoc 3). This is not necessary with ConDoc 4 and 4.5; all the resource templates are built-into the plugin.
You can also to a search on your computer for “ConDoc” and delete any relevant folders relating to the plugin.
I would restart your computer as well to be safe.
