    PDF file for downloading CONDOC is not working on my computer.

    I download CONDOC TOOLS 4.7.0 and the PDF file does not open, saying it is an unsupported file type or is damaged.

     

    Thanks for any help

    Good Morning Michael!  Please watch the installation instruction tutorials at the following link, https://condoctools.com/knowledge-base/?kburl=/articles/installation-instructions.

    It sounds like you are trying to open the .rbz.  You need to save it to your desktop, then install in SketchUp through the Extension Manager.  We have explained it all in text and video on the above link.

    Thank you Mike, that clarified the procedure and I am good to go.  I’ve got ConDoc in my extension window now.
