Yes Mike, I am. I think I fixed the problem by turning off the SU beta graphic engine. Everything seems to working properly now. It was bazaar, with Hatch B display both the diagonal lines from the style plus rigid insulation style that came from nowhere when it came into Layout. Hatch A didn’t come through at all.

You stated that we should be installing 4.1.5.rbz. Was that a typo? I followed your link and downloaded 4.5.rbz again and still no templates show up. Perhaps I’m looking in the wrong place. I’m looking at the default templates on the splash screen that comes up when you start SU.

Luke, the link that you posted are EXEC files, which are good for a PC, but not a MAC. I share their problem, I’ve loaded and using ConDoc 4.5 but I don’t have any default templates that Michael has made mention of.
