95% of the issues I hear about are related to tagging. My guess is that you still have the Canvas SketchUp tags in there applied to geometry within the entity info dialog. It’s usually best to trash all those Canvas tags and just use the ConDoc tags… Although it is possible to use both together! But its a little more advanced. I’m sure I could talk you through it on a short call.
