Activation crashes when attemptiong to activate CondocTools ext

Windows 10 Pro on Lenovo ThinkPad. When logged into my domain profile and attempt activation of Condoc Tools extension it just hangs at “Validating License”. If I perform same operation with my Condoc Tools credentials on the domain admin profile then it appears runs a quick bat script and validates successfully. I have the exact same permissions as the admin profile. I provided myself full permissions to all instances of Conduct Tools within Registry and program files. I’ve reinstalled windows 10 Pro and get same exact results again. I’m unsure what else to do at this point. Any suggestions would be great.

We finally got it activated by creating an new user.
