Condoc controlling Medeek tags

I have been using the Medeek tools for a while now but am new to Condoc. I am having trouble with Condoc not taking control of the Medeek tags. The Medeek tags are under the Condoc tools folder but not nested into the Condoc tags. So Condoc does not control the Medeek tags.
