Condoc System & Tag Window Not Working

Hi!  My apologies if this already posted but I don’t see it.  I have a complete new build model ready for layout, the plan configurator had some glitches in my drawings, and after running it I see that the Condoc System isn’t working and the “Tag” window doesn’t display anything.  (the tags are still in my Skectchup tag window though).  Also, the Condoc System window says version 5.0.2.9 instead of 5.3, I even uninstalled Condoc, and reinstalled and it does say 5.3 in the Extension manager.  I’ve done all of the obvious, restart Sketchup, computer but no resolution.  Thank you  – I’m in a push to get the drawing to structural tomorrow so please help! 😉

Have you verified what version of ConDoc Tools you are running by clicking the “Extensions” “ConDocs” “Help”? If you’re actually running 5.3 you may be using an older ConDocs Drawingset? It kind of sounds like you may not have run the ConDoc Tools “Project Setup”?
