Condoc System tool won’t open

Here’s what I get: I cannot expand the system tool, which makes it less than useful. Any help out there? Clicking on the expansion button does nothing, and there are no handles to drag the window open.

Obvious question but I’ll ask. Did you expand and reduce then drag it out to the size you want? I’ve experienced this before and that’s what I did and the problem was gone

Has there been a resolution to this problem? Because I am having the same problem as tgillespie in Nov.

I spent a good deal of time with Mike on the phone, screen sharing, and we were unable to fix it. He thought it might need a bug fix. My thought was that it might be an issue with my PC. I have another PC that’s loaded with Sketchup, and it works fine on that box. I’m not ready to buy a new PC, so I’ll live with it for now.
