    Hi

    I have loaded the Condoc V4 – But in Layout Scrapbooks there is no Condoc Drawings.

    How do I load this?

    So in Sketchup I use the Condoc Export button which send it to layout. it gives me the warning then looks like it processes but nothing, layout does not open up. This is the problem!

    But I have checked the sketches button to send it to layout and it works ok.

    so need help please.

    I just found my problem: usign sketchup 2019 and open layout 2018  🙄

    Correct,

    Make sure you use the corresponding LayOut version in conjunction with SketchUp. For example, use SU 2018 with LO 2018, and SU 2019 with LO 2019.

    I’ve got SU 2019 open and Layout 2019 open. The scrapbook still shows ConDoc 3.0. Any solutions?

    solved my problem; I was reading the wrong line item!
