Installed the .Rbz and when clicked on ConDoc System it does not show my license and if I put my license code in the area for the license and hit activate, the reply is that the license is already activated. Regardless, cannot open any of the ConDoc tools.
I am still using Sketchup Pro 2019 if that makes a difference.
Hello John! Please verify that you have installed the latest condoc 4.8 version. Once you do that, sign into condoc, inside of sketchup, with your website credentials. We no longer support the old license keys. Check the installation tutorials at the top of our tutorials page. If you have already done all of this, you might need to deactivate a machine from your profile page. Let me know if that helps!
