Doors show up everywhere in Layout!

Hi,

1.) I exported all my scenes to Layout, and then went back to add doors (2D Graphic/3D Object) to the openings in the model.  After updating Layout, the doors showed up, but they were in every viewport.  I realized I forgot to tag the doors, so went back and tagged all doors with the proper levels, elements, and 2D/3D parts of the door.  Now in Layout the all  the doors show up in both levels of construction plans as well as foundation plan even though the corresponding scenes in Sketchup display properly, and the configurator settings look good.  2D swings are also showing up in my  Layout cad perspective (shouldn’t happen according to corresponding Sketchup scenes and the configurator).

2.) The doors with a solid slab display correctly in plan view (no 3D slab showing).  However I cut a window opening in the 3D slab of some doors.  The outside lines of the slab do not show up on the plan , but the lines of the window cutout show up on the plan in Layout!  Again, all looks good in connected Sketchup scenes.

Been at this for hours, but can’t figure out what I am missing!

Make sure you hit the “scene update and save” button on the ConDoc toolbar!

Corey ……. just remember, Any time you make a change in Sketchup after you have created the ConDocs scenes just hit that “scene update & save” button and you’ll be good to go. If you still have elements showing up where they shouldn’t you have a tagging issue that needs to be corrected.
