Plan Generator Crash ALL files lost?

On your training video you warned about running plan generator with the ConDoc Scrapbook open that it would crash.  Delete that file and its backup?  I must have left that Scrapbook open when I was exploring the new Layout.  This append around around around 6:00 PM the file I was working on up until then and its backup is gone.  That same files .skp & .skb saved at 10:39 & 10:52 respectively.  All the work since those times is gone.  Ouch.

Is this typical for the Plan generator/Layout Scrapbook crash?

Sorry to hear this!  The crash can happen with the condoc export, not the plan generator.  It’s a layout thing that we can’t control.  If your autosave is on shouldn’t be a problem..  also we give you a warning!  Call me if you need to chat…  303 562 6666

Thanks for getting back.  No sure what that save issue was closed/open the browser few times that didn’t work, check save function on other programs they worked, then performed my best knowledge, re-booted and now the save function seems to work.

There is a problem with Plan generator – it hangs up and won’t produce the levels or scenes?

Hey Michael!  Glad we were able to get it worked out!  The issue was “create scene thumbnails” hanging up when the plan generator pushed out a bunch of scenes.  I wish I could permanently disable that feature!
