    Hello,

    I can’t activate my program. I should have to active subs, I only need one at this point but I thought I must have been reading it wrong and purchased another one. If you could please let me know what is going on that would be great thank you.

    Check your account online and make sure you’ve released any machines that your not using it on. ConDocs only allows two installations on a license.

    Hi Luke,

    Everything was working again fine then it started with the same problem of exceeding licenses. How do I release the licences, I have been logging on to site then deactivating from there. I feel like I am missing a part of the process. If you could give me a hand one more time that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Ryann,

    You can deactivate/remove activations of your license on your ConDoc Profile Page. Click on “View Licenses>Manage Sites” hyperlink:

    From there you should see a list of every device that is currently using your license. Click ‘Deactivate Site’ to remove each activation:

    Once you do this, head over to SketchUp and try logging into our ConDoc Tools plugin with your license information. Should do the trick.
