Thanks Ruben. This doesn’t work for me.

When I check all the tags I want set, then update scene with visible tags…it doesn’t save the visible tags….

Did you try to dive into this?

    There is this one:

    https://support.condoctools.com/portal/en/kb/articles/condoc-lt-configurator-settings#ConDoc_LT_Layers

    Not sure if that’s helpful…

I was there for the June 1st Office Hours but nothing ever happened? Was it just technical problems?

I registered for the September 7th one. Looking forward to it.

Hmmm….I’m starting to do my electrical plan in sketchup. I created dynamic components like the condoc doors for each. Still working it out as far as showing existing, demo and new. But I think it’s a matter of adding additional “scenes” or “tags” in condoc configurator…..I’ll let you know how it goes.

For fun, I would try to put the sketchup and layout file absolutely locally and try again. Even know its “local” its still sharing to google drive. Who knows. But then you could definitely rule this out.

I’ll keep you posted. I’m also going to re post this in your original post about this subject so it will stay organized.

You would think your machine could handle it. What size file are we talking though? Does PC have an “Activity Monitor” to see what is exactly bogged down. Is it only a specific file? Is there a threshold of file size when it starts slowing down or is it any size?

Are you Mac or PC? I’m Mac (2019 MacBook Pro 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel i9, 16 GB RAM) and experience this at times. Less now that I save locally…

I’m under the impression that I need a PC with a dedicated graphics card or a Mac with a better processor because of the single thread deal.

    Anyone else have insight?

Are your sketchup and layout files saved locally while you are working on them?

    Hey Mike!

    Thank you so much!

Forgive me for taking so long to respond. I pushed through with a work around.

Now, I’m on to the next project and here I am!

Your solution works! Its so obvious now! I appreciate you taking the time to respond and for developing Condoc Tools. I’m really digging it!

    Thank you!
