I have subscribed to ConDoc4 and want to update from my old ConDoc in SKUPRO 2018. (I don’t have the energy to go through the SKUPRO update to 2020).
I uninstalled ConDocs with the Extension Manager – it is no longer listed. However, ConDoc still appears in the extension drop-down and the about returns “Plan Generator 3.0”. If I try to activate a license, it shows my old license key and says “expired” – not the sign-in prompt that I am expecting.
Installing ConDoc v4 through Extension Manager changes nothing.
I do still have a folder in my plug-in directory – named PLAN GENERATOR. But nothing points to that in Extension Manager, so I am leaving that alone,
Can you advise on the best practice for uninstalling older ConDoc folders and installing v4.0? I’d like to get back to work….
